LES SAVY FAV REVIEW
Oh yeah! That's the way, uhuh uhuh, I like it.
One of the best live shows I've seen this year. I had checked some youtube liveclips and people had told me about the high octane craziness of vocalist Tim Harrington.
And he sure was in a good mood. The poor camera guys who had to keep track with him. Tim was everywhere but not on stage.
He even climbed on to the balcony and stole somebody's t-shirt. For a moment it appeared like he might jump. Thank the gods that he didn't, you lucky kids in the pit.
Then he stole a camera headlight and took it for a walk thru Festsaal Kreuzberg, blinding onlookers and passers by.
On one of his excursions into the pit Tim hurt his adam's apple and asked for medical assistance but no-one seemed to take his pain seriously. Well it didn't affect his beautiful singing voice and after two encores the show was over and I'm a fan now.
See you at the next Les Savy Fav show.
PS: The opening act wasn't Call Me Lightning cuz they had some job permit difficulties. Instead german band Napoleon had a hard time with an audience that wasn't really interested.
